DAX
The German DAX has found itself at a fresh new high on Monday as we continue to see upward momentum in this index. That makes sense; it's an index that's been rallying for a while, and quite frankly, every time it sells off, it seems like there are buyers willing to step in and take advantage of the value offered.

With this, it makes a certain amount of sense that traders remain optimistic in an environment that, with the massive bullish momentum that we have seen, sooner or later, traders come in and start chasing returns. The €26,000 level has now been broken, and that, of course, is a good sign.
Overall, this is a market that remains very bullish. And if we do end up seeing traders jumping into Europe, then it makes sense that the DAX will end up being a major place where they go. After all, the DAX is going to be representative of the largest economy in Europe, and with this, I think it's probably only a matter of time before the index would attract plenty of new inflows.
Geopolitical Relief and Corporate Movers Drive Momentum
Traders continue to see a lot of concerns around the world and recognize that the overall risk appetite is going to be somewhat in flux as the Strait of Hormuz and all of the noise coming out of the Middle East have not gone away.
So, ultimately, this is a market that will have to ask questions of whether or not the German economy gets enough energy, and that energy will be a question that will be difficult to answer. The geopolitical relief seen during the day has certainly shown up here, but it's also worth noting that a few of the big movers include Siemens, Adidas, and SAP, and those are some of the bigger companies in Germany. With this, it looks like the DAX is ready to make a move.
